RED PEPPER CHICKEN BREAST SAMMIE

​This recipe is one of my favorites because it's one that I served for  years when I started selling food in my hometown of Chicago. The sweet red peppers pair well with my special mayo sauce on top the soft and flaky and buttery Bolillo Roll with the juicy and well seasoned chicken breast.  It's a simple sandwich that is filling and packed with flavor. I promise, this sandwich recipe will be on repeat in your household.  Add spinach, mixed greens for that extra crunch and of course daily veggie intake.  Or if you choose not to add greens, it will still be delicious.
