What comes to mind, when you see Fried Catfish? Well for me, its what kind of Hot Sauce will I be using today! Like, will it be Frank's Red Hot, Louisiana, Crystal, Texas Pete or Cholula Hot Sauce? Most times, I use Frank's Red Hot, Crystal or Cholula Hot Sauce. I think I've recently become a fan of Cholula because of it's consistency and flavor. Now let's "not" talk about if sugar or salt and pepper go on grits..... Because obviously I have butter on the grits in this picture....
