CHEESY MAC & CHEESE Who doesn't love Cheesy Mac and Cheese? Well, maybe some people are not a fan and I am not one of those people. I love cheesy mac and cheese and it's the kind of side that goes quickly from the dinner table when it's good! I have a confession, when I was young, I preferred Kraft boxed mac and cheese over baked macaroni and cheese. I know now that I didn’t like how the noodles and cheese were packed together with egg when baked. Yes, I know the Kraft mac & cheese wasn’t real cheese and who knows what the noodles were made of, but that creamy cheese sauce was the best and had me hooked. The creamy cheese sauce is the inspiration behind how this delicious recipe. In case you were wondering, no I don’t eat the box mac and cheese anymore.
